OST stands for Optimal Strength Training, and is also a tribute to the village we proudly call home, Osterville. The method was created to reflect both intelligent strength training and the elevated lifestyle, beauty, and sense of community that make Osterville so special.

This signature method blends purposeful movement, intelligent programming, and whole-body wellness to help you feel strong, balanced, and empowered at every stage of life.

Unlike traditional studios where classes exist separately, the OST Method is intentionally structured so that each class complements the others. Together, they create a complete system for the body.

One class may focus on building strength and lean muscle. Another may improve mobility, posture, and flexibility. Another may elevate heart health, stamina, and endurance. Recovery-based sessions restore the nervous system, improve circulation, and support longevity. Private Personal Training + The OST Method

For those seeking the most personalized and results-driven experience, private personal training is the ultimate way to experience the OST Method.

Your 1:1 sessions are fully customized to your body, goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and any limitations or injuries. Every workout is strategically designed using the OST principles to help you progress safely and efficiently.

Private training works beautifully alongside group classes. While classes create consistency, variety, and community, personal training allows for individualized coaching, precise form correction, accountability, and accelerated results.

Many clients choose a combination of both—private sessions for personalized progression and classes for continued movement, energy, and momentum.

Class Descriptions

  • OSTrain: a structured strength class that focuses on a different, specific muscle group each day—with core integrated throughout. Repeated over a 4-week progression to build strength, consistency and lasting results. This is our signature STRENGTH class

  • OSTone: a summer barre series designed to tone, lengthen, lift and energize.

  • OSTune | Chroma Yoga Chakra Series*: a Chroma Yoga Therapy-inspired class that moves through the chakra system to build strength, improve mobility, and create balanced, fluid movement. *This is a 5-week series.

  • OSTransformation: a dynamic, HIIT + strength-focused class that builds in intensity and then finishes with a deep stretch, recovery and reset.

  • OSTretch: a stretch-therapy, mobility-focused class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support full body recovery.
