What is Hot BarreBell?
Nicole created Hot BarreBell in 2018 and as soon as she taught the very first class, people were hooked. As with any good fitness class, Hot BarreBell participants enjoy a love/hate relationship with this program; the classes are really tough but they make you want to push yourself harder and challenge yourself in order to see what you’re truly capable of.
After being a fitness instructor and boutique fitness studio owner for many years, Nicole realized that people wanted a little bit more from their classes—they wanted something that would challenge them and make them feel badass while also mixing it up and keeping things fresh. Nicole thought, “Instead of a class focusing on just one fitness genre, what if we combined it all and created a hyped-up class that offered a little bit of everything?
Enter: Hot BarreBell– a workout like no other. It’s a 45 minute - 1 hour heated class with intervals of HIIT movements, sculpting, balance, and stretching. It’s taught to mirror the beat of the music, which changes throughout the course of the class. Be prepared to feel the burn through our rigorous reps and hyped-up cardio bursts.
