OSTrain is a proprietary strength method developed and taught exclusively at Wellbeloved Lifestyle. It blends intentional programming, mindful strength-training, and sustainable movement to help clients build strength that supports their lives.

Each OSTrain series runs for 4 weeks and follows a 5-day training structure, with each day focused on a specific area of the body. This allows clients to train with purpose, recover properly, and build strength in a balanced, sustainable 

Each week follows the same structure so your body can adapt and progress. Movements repeat with purpose, intensity builds gradually, and core work is included every class. You can join any day, any week—every session stands on its own while still rewarding consistency
